I ordered four 70oz jar candles and one arrived with the glass broken. I called Keystone and was asked to send a picture of the damage. Within a short period of time I was told a new candle would be on its way and there was nothing else I had to do. The replacement candle arrived in a few days as promised. This company has wonderful products and as importantly, wonderful customer service! I highly recommend them!

Excellent product and reliable. Shipping and payment with Keystone have been easy, straight-forward and timely for me.
Advantages: a little goes a long way and works as advertised
Disadvantages: strong sticky chemical so be sure not to get it on unwanted surfaces or fabrics

I love the Colonial Blue candles. They have a lovely
scent and are a pretty blue. I am planing on buying them again.

I bought the lavender scented 128 oz candle and it smells disgusting!!!!! It smells distinctly sweet and syruppy and nothing like lavender at all!!! Do NOT buy the lavender scent!!!! It is easily one of the worst smelling candles I've ever encountered!!! If I could give it zero stars then I would!!!

Quick delivery, well packaged, burns a bit unevenly, great fragrance.
Advantages: Great fragrance
Disadvantages: More precise placement of wicks would help with even burn.

Ordered a number of 10 inch tapered candles of different colors. Some are used in candle holders as decoration for the different seasons, and some will be lit and used for decoration and atmosphere.
Advantages: Burned well without dripping. Nice
Disadvantages: None that I can think of.

I bought this scent for the holidays and love the scent.
Disadvantages: With only having one wick the whole candle does not melt down only mostly the center.
