I ordered a whole set (three wick 6", 1 wick 9", 6", and 3") in varying colors for the holidays to replace a set I had used for several years.

Reply: Most likely the cracks/seems that are forming down the sides are because a some point some liquid wax was allowed to run over the edge. They are not like that when they leave our factory. They should still burn fine just keep an eye on them and make sure you have them on a plate in case they start to leak.

Advantages: The order came quickly and the colors were great. The scents were nice but not overpowering.

Disadvantages: I was surprised at how quickly the candles seemed to burn-I'm only going to get 2-3 seasons out of them. Also, on the 9" and 3" there are 'cracks/seams' that are appearing down the sides. I'm hoping they don't widen with further burning.
Shipping fee made a good deal - not so good.

Reply: If you have been burning the same fragrance for several weeks you have become used to the smell. I would recommend changing fragrances for a while then come back to the Spiced Pumpkin.

This candle is both accurate in scent as well as potent. Great quality.

I wanted this candle to put in a shallow dish that has pumpkins around the edge. However, I thought it smelled rather strong and not exactly like pumpkin spice. I had to put it outside for a week and that took care of it smelling so strong. Now it is on my dining room table and looks great!!!

My first order from this company was this pumpkin spice 6x6 candle. I am so delighted with the look, smell, and burn of the candle, so I intend to order two more (saves shipping cost by ordering two at a time.)

Advantages: Burns beautifully, emits lovely fragrance that is not overwhelming at the dinner table.

Disadvantages: Shipping cost is a little high, but buying two gains some advantage.

Wonderful scent reminiscent of colorful leaves, pie and football weather. Fun purchase.

Amazing candles! These candles, as well as another color/scent were a gift for my mom! She bought these gigantic candle stands that needed 6X6 candles. She looked in an endless amount of stores, however everything was either the incorrect size or insanely overpriced. Thank you Keystone for the perfect size, super affordable price, and also great quality. Will be ordering again for my mom as well as my future home. ;)

Because this scent is so popular this time of year, Keystone was initially out, but they worked really fast to turn my order around and I received very quickly. The candles themselves are very nice and have lots of scent. I am very pleased with the product & customer service I received.

Advantages: Very scent-ful candle. Some you may buy and have very little scent. Definitely not the case with these candles.

I love my candle the color is just right! I had to shave the bottom a little. It was a little big for the candle holder I bought it for, after that it was great!

Advantages: I was able to use it as a center piece for my coffee table. I have a fat vase that was actually for a terrarium, but I did not want to put the plants in it cause my cat eat my plants. So the candle was perfect!

Order this candle as my dining room centerpiece and was very pleased with the quality and most of all the excellent customer service.

Your candle cracked the first night we used it and filled the glass votive that we placed it in with melted wax. We were busy entertaining guests and did not notice it until most of the candle was expired.

Disadvantages: Very poor quality. If this was simply a case of getting a faulty candle I would think you would send us a replacement at no charge.

I'm afraid, we have different opinions of what unscented means. My nose knows.

REPLY: Please refer to the FAQ page to see why there may be a smell to your unscented candles.

Candles arrived damaged but were immediately replaced when I reported the problem. I am happy with them although they do have a fragrance and are supposed to be unscented.

The Candles themselves are beautiful. We have not yet had the opportunity to fully burn them so to determine their value throughout their lifespan is yet to be seen.


Disadvantages: I would very much like to caution Canadian buyers.
I decided on these Candles because they are North American made. Not offshore imports. The price was excellent compared to the prices here in Vancouver for Candles of this size. I knew that even with the exchange they were a bargain at almost half the price. Then... the shipping costs were added. this brought them to about the same price as to purchase them here in Vancouver. I thought, ok. At least they are hand crafted in North America. Then Fed Ex hit me with service charges. In a rough total it cost me almost $90 Canadian in Duty, import fees, and shipping fees over and above the Cost of the candles themselves.
Sadly although they are beautiful they are far too costly to have them shipped. Buyers be ware

Reply: Just to clarify, we always email Canadian customers the shipping quote for approval prior to shipping out the order. Duties and taxes are added by Canadian government which are NOT included in the shipping quote.
