Candles arrived in perfect condition, as well as the candle snuggers and stick-um wax I ordered...thank you for having this merchandise...

candles were ordered needed by a certain date. They were received 10 days after the date of need. No communication was received alerting us of any delay. There was no information regarding projected shipping. Very poor service.

Beautiful candles!
I ordered them early enough to receive them in time for Xmas, but when they didn't arrive by 12/23 I called. Jeff made sure a new shipment got to me overnight. Thx SO much Jeff! I would absolutely order from Keystone Candle again!

These days it's hard to find taper candles in a variety of colors in stores. Your website has everything one could want in the way of decorative candles.
Advantages: My order was delivered quickly. No problems or delays.
