My order was placed on 11/29/20 but was not shipped. I emailed for status with no response on 12/8. I emailed again & left a nasty voice mail on 12/20/20 explaining that I was expecting my product for my table Christmas decor & that they took my money on 11/30. Then wouldn't you know, my order was shipped on 12/20, the day I called & complained. Which leads me to believe my order would have never shipped if it wouldn't have been for my phone call. Now I must add that once it was shipped, I received it in a couple of days.

Advantages: Problem solved.

Disadvantages: Shipping department failed to ship my package. And shipping was very expensive.

We use the candles on our communion table so they are lit every time there is a church service. The candles are very even burinig with no drips. The 12 inch size last us about three services. They would last longer but our poikcy is to replace them when they burn down to about 6 inchesi high.

Advantages: Obviously one of the dvantages of purchasing our candles from Keystone is the cost savings compaired to what we would pay at a retail store, even with the shipping cost. Because of the cost savings, we are able to buy a years supply at a time.

Disadvantages: no disavantages.

I love the black candles, I have ordered them before. This order however I was disappointed in. The candles arrived tightly packed in the box. When I started to pull out several candles I realized they were bent. When I put them in a candle holder they were definitely not straight. I was disappointed.

Great product for the money

I'm so glad I discovered Keystone Candles. They have candles of every type and just about every color I would ever need. I do most of my entertaining at holiday time and use taper candles in wall sconces as well as on my dinner table. Every length, every color. An incredible selection to choose from.

Advantages: The candles are always shipped very promptly.

Disadvantages: None that I can think of.

Everything was fine and the price was reasonable.

I had been looking for these candles for a long time and I finally came across this website. The color is just what I wanted and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Keystone Candle in the future.

I thought the packaging would be prettier. It is just a glorified shoebox with a bunch of candles in it. Love the poem, but I thought that, too, would have more decoration to it. I was hoping each word about what color candles you used would be highlighted in that particular color. But, at least the candles are of excellent quality.

Advantages: I didn't need to shop around for the right colors. They were all packaged in the one box.

Disadvantages: Shipping costs are always so outrageous. I could have almost bought another set with what I paid for in shipping. That is why I don't do a lot of on-line ordering unless there are specials on shipping.

This is a great sentiment for young married people, but it would be great if you could make something similar for older people/those getting married later in life that are past child bearing years (yellow candle comment about babies) or those getting married a second time.

This is a perfect surprise gift for any bride to be. Always a hit at a shower!

Advantages: No shopping to find each individual color candle. Can't always find the right colors.

Disadvantages: Wished you would of offered the candlestick holders for the two different sizes of candles. Needed to have a question that said would you like to purchase the candleholders that go with the candles in the set? I would of purchased them just to save time. I did not want to have to figure out what size I needed. Also wished the candles would of been cut apart and that they would of come packaged differently. The navy candles have left navy wax on the dividing paper and the silver candles look like you purchased those from a store. I know it will be 25 years before they are used and they should be wrapped but they look a little tacky.

This candle set is a perfect gift for wedding showers! It comes so beautifully gift-wrapped and the price is great...you couldn't put one together yourself, finding all the colors, at such a great price!

This gift box is a beautiful collection of candles, with the traditional poem for the wedding shower. I was impressed at the hand crafted nature of the box, and the care of the packaging.

This was the perfect gift for my daughter’s wedding shower. I wanted something that would last a lifetime and the candles keep me in their lives through their 25th Anniversary!

Advantages: This was a very special gift because with an illness that may make me miss some of my daughter’s important memories with her new husband I wanted to give them something that would allow me to always celebrate with them! It was perfect! Delivered quickly in a beautiful box with a ribbon.

Disadvantages: Not really a disadvantage but should you purchase this set and poem you might want to add candle holders like I did! I found a beautiful crystal set at an estate sale and wrapped everything together!

Advantages: I can mail them to my daughter who loves them from anywhere in the world practically ... and she is thrilled to pieces when she gets her packages from you all delivered.

Disadvantages: None..........wonderful and affordable and as a wise businessman once told me...."Don't get greedy. Make a reasonable, good product and make people feel like they owe you more for such a superior product and you will have a customer for life." Guess what?

The candle is gorgeous! It really does look good enough to eat, and the scent is delicious! Great, fast service too!

Advantages: Just beautiful and really realistic looking. And the aroma is fabulous. Even before lighting the wick, the whole room smells as if I've been baking all day.

Love the glow bowl. Bought it many years ago and packed it away but recently came across it and wanted a new scent. The original gel is still good from 10 years ago. Never dried out. New bottle of lavender smelled good but the bottle was about 2/3 the size and cost more than double. Smell fades much, much quicker than the original.

Advantages: Smells great, looks so cute in the bowl lit up. The vendor selling it was very nice.

Disadvantages: Smell fades quickly, much smaller bottle, cost has doubled.
