This smells like Christmas!

smells even when it is not lit.

Disadvantages: My only issue is that it does not burn flat but instead, caves in. one of your competitors who seems to have discontinued this item use to make theirs so that it burns flat like a pancake. it would be nice if yours does the same so customers could get their money's worth.

Ordered this candle on December 4 & it is December 31 & still have not received. I have called their support # twice & reported that I never received this candle. I give one star to this company for the support who answers phone. They sound sincere & take a complete message but I still have not received candle & no one calls me back to give update.

I ordered two of this size candle. I had them both in Hurricane containers. While burning both, they fell flat through the middle and are ruined. I contacted the company and, they explained that they should NEVER be contained. I know now what I didn't know then. I just wish they had included instructions about that before I used them. That was burning money literally! I just did not know.

Reply: If a pillar candle is being burned inside a container is should be checked frequently because the container holds in the heat. This makes the wax softer which means a breach in the outer wall is more likely.

Smells divine and perfect size. I have it in a floor stand from from PartyLites who no longer makes a candle this size.

Advantages: Aroma is spicy not artificial smelling. Burns evenly and cleanly.

Disadvantages: I don't care for the color; it is much darker than I anticipated.

I'm a bit disappointed. I bought 2 of these large 6x9 candles because the reviews were so awesome. I've been burning these for several days, all through the day and, I honestly smell nothing. It's burning evenly an cleanly but, what I wanted most was the scent.

Just as with the 5 x 6 pillar, this 6 x 9 is STELLAR! And oh, the color... the Fresh Rain color and scent are just magnificent. I literally cannot recommend this company enough to potential customers. The quality of the wax is solid, smooth. As I said in the other candle review I wrote for Keystone, I was royally hoodwinked by two different sellers from the two biggest on-line sites (care to take a guess?) who swore up and down about the quality of their product. Both candles, bought from different companies, were done within a month. Their prices were no bargain either. Then I discovered Keystone and, well, the rest is, as they say, history. Quality, extreme care in shipping... every aspect of my experience with them was both personable and professional at the same time. So please do yourself a favor: do not waste time and money trying to save a nickel or shave corner here or there. Do it right and get your candles here.

Advantages: The three-wick column now completely makes sense to me! With a 6 x 9 column, one wick would most likely drown and, at the very least, most of the outside of the candle would go unused. Keystone's design is well thought-out and, with proper care (follow their care directions—they're included for important reasons), these candles will burn evenly and live a good, long life. The scent is not overpowering, just a pleasant little linger to add to the already pleasant scent of candles burning.

Disadvantages: Once again, not a complaint to be had.

The color and size of candle were a good value for the price and exactly what I wanted. The fragrance is like grape juice, very pleasant even when not lit.

The color of the candle was not as orange as I had hoped for, it appeared more brown in color. I wanted to return it, but it would have been another $11 in shipping, which when added to the original shipping charges, would nearly be as much as the candle itself. At this point, I am forced to keep it.

Very nice candle, exactly what I expected. Not bright orange but more of a spicy orange. I will definitely come back for another three wick pillar as they are very hard to find.

This pumpkin spice 3 wick pillar is superior. I was a die hard partylite customer until they discontinued thier 3 wicks. I have definitely found my new candle company!!! They smell amazing and burn beautifully!!!

Great quality candle, however really great customer service. After I placed my order, I realized that I needed to postpone shipping. I emailed Keystone and they were extremely responsive and helped me out. Thank you!!

The candles were great but the shipping was horrible. I paid $12 for FedEx shipping, yet the product did not leave your warehouse for 7 days. Would expect to be notifed at the time of order if you are going to wait 7 days before shipping an order as I would have canceled my order and went somewhere else. Will never do business again.

The candles smell great, but they are not even close to the color on the website. They are more tan. Not really what I wanted, but I kept them anyway. They also took a really long time to ship.

I purchased several of these candles for my niece and she loved them - the fragrance is wonderful and the candles are beautiful.
