First time ordering with Keystone. Very impressed.

Advantages: Good quality. Fast shipping. Received product in good condition. Smells and looks beautiful. Burns evenly. Fairly priced.

This is the worst pillar candle I have ever owned. We have burned it probably 4 hours and already one side is caving in so bad that we don't dare to burn it anymore.

Extremely disappointed. Bought a large candle that was poorly packaged for shipping and arrived damaged on all sides. There is nowhere on the site that allows you to return. Aroma is nice but very, very weak.

Advantages: Won't bother anyone sensitive to fragrances, since it is almost non-existent.

Disadvantages: Wicks tend to curl and lay over. Very weak aroma.

I ordered several different-sized candles from Keystone Candle. They were ALL perfect! They arrived in a timely fashion and were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Great product!

I purchased this 6x6 candle to go into our Very Large Vase. It fits great and the color stands out perfectly. Pete tracked the package the entire time and I couldn't ask for a better company to get candles from.

Disadvantages: Disadvantage was that I ordered during COVID- but Pete and Keystone got my order out quickly.

first time purchasing this product, but it will not be the last! love, love, love the quality of these candles. Clean burn, long lasting and highly fragrant. Sold candles for years with a direct sales company, have been looking for a replacement candle and finally found it!!!

Was very hard to find this type of candle and was very excited to find keystone had it. And they had a non flowery or berry scent.

The candles are beautiful, they smell great! My only comment is in the pictures they look more butterscotch colored, but they really are orange. Id order them again!

Not sure where all these positive reviews came from.. the first large pillar I bought cracked down the side and totally ruined. I burned Partylite candles for many years and the wax always burned perfectly! As a second chance, I purchased another large Patchouli candle, which has no scent at all! I've burned it twice now and cannot smell any Patchouli. Sorry, but not a fan of these candles!

This hard to find 3 wick candle is beautiful and ver fragrant. I have not lit it but I can smell the candle itself from across the room. It's very nice. Great purchase

I purchased this candle and I love it. It smells even when its not lit. My first order and will be placing another. I want to order the same size in cinnamon stick for my daughter.

Advantages: There were paper instructions included with the candle on how to burn 3 wick candles. I think some people are having problems because they are not reading or following the instructions.

I stumbled onto the Keystone Candle website while looking for another much more expensive well known brand of candles and am SO happy I found Keystone Candle. I bought the Spiced Pumpkin and am sold on this brand. It burns evenly and the scent is wonderful and long lasting. It was very well packaged as well. The price is very reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great company to work with. I had not been able to find these larger candles locally but this company had a huge selection of colors at a reasonable price. Loved the scents too!

When I received my 6x6 I scented ivory polar candle, it had a fragrance. I was told that if I washed it, the scent would go away. I washed it with soap, baking soda, and even vinegar and the scent never went away. The candle absorbed the smell of the candle factory. I can never buy from you again because I am very sensitive to fragrances.

Advantages: Light was good while it lasted.

Disadvantages: melted down the core and out the lower sides; thus filling up the vessel that held it. Very odd.

Reply: It sounds like what happened is that the liquid wax pool on the top got too close to the edge and started running over the side. Once that happens the candle burns very quickly because the wax is flowing out of the pool.

Was not happy with my purchase the candle burned unevenly and the wax dripped down the sides, if I could send a picture I would be happy to?

Love the candle, but after about 8 burns (15 hours?), a hole melted through the side and spilled all over the table. It had only burned down about 2 inches.

I ordered three 3-wick Cinnamon Apple candles and they are not only gorgeous but they smell wonderful. The smell permeates my family room even when not burning, and very affordable. I will definitely be re-ordering. Well worthit.

I have purchased the Apple Cinnamon 3-wick candles, three per order, twice now and absolutely love them. I had a difficult time finding candles this size to fit into some iron glass candle holder stands I have by my fireplace and quite by accident came across Keystone Candle Company online and couldn't believe the price for the quality of the candles and the size. I will continue to order from Keystone. I ordered the 6x9 Apple Cinnamon Pillar Candles - they smell incredible and last a very long time. I will be ordering again soon.
