This new line of candle caps will work on our 16oz and 26oz jar candles. Using these candle cappers when burning jar your jar candles helps to regulate the air flow in and out of the jar, keeping the flame from dancing around. The fight between hot rising out of the jar and cool air flowing in to replace it is a major reason puffs of soot are produced. Placing a candle cap on the jar will help reduce sooting as well as proper candle maintenance. These candle cappers are 3 3/16" in diameter and will fit on jar candles with a maximum diameter of 3 1/8".
