Numbered Birthday Candles 1 to 21 Unscented numbered birthday candles that countdown 1 to 21. These unique birthday candles make great baby shower gifts. Each year the candle is lit until it burns down to the next number. The numbered decal also had icons depicting various stages in life. The 21 year birthday candles are available in pink, white, blue, and yellow colors. Each candle has a nice lumpy outer coating covered by the colored wax.
